On the ground floor one large living room with a fireplace (80sqm), a twin bedded room, a bath-room, a former wine-cellar and a kitchen also with a fireplace. The garden - with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue for eating also outside - which overlooks the valley affords a nice view of the picturesque villages of Sermugnano. Madonna delle Macchie is surrounded by a garden and has it’s own swimming-pool (10x5 meter) with a wonderful panoramic view. The country-house has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture: Equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven (traditional and microwave), refrigerator, dishing machine, towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week.
